My role at UCSD |

I serve as the campus liaison for student
employment in Academic Affairs. I coordinate the Math and
Reading Federal work Study programs. |

My career path |
|
I began working at UCSD in 2001 at the Career
Services Center. I have also worked at the Cancer Center at
the California Smokers’ Helpline. I am now fulfilling my
role as a Student Employment Specialist. |

The rewards in doing what I do |
|
Reading is the most important educational
value that we have. I take great satisfaction in knowing
that I am creating and placing UCSD students as reading
tutors for our inquisitive youth! |

When I'm not on campus... |
|
I adore my two daughters, Lyric and
Symphony! I enjoy spending time with them and my wonderful
husband. Our favorite thing to do as a family is feed the
ducks! |
