The Career Services Center exists to help students and alumni of the
University of California determine and fulfill their career goals. We offer a wide range of programs and services, guided by the
following Principles of Service:

We have a variety of valued clients--employers, faculty, staff,
parents--but students and alumni are our most important clientele, and
our service and the manner in which we deliver it reflect that primacy.

We aim to serve every student who attends UCSD and to ensure an equitable
level of service for all, regardless of background or interests.

We strive to be effective, informative, up-to-date, and organized.

We are friendly, courteous, and helpful. To the greatest degree possible,
our clients are given personalized, individual attention.
