- About Me
My role at UC San Diego
My role at UC San Diego allows me to work with alumni who are outside of the San Diego region giving them insights as to how they can connect, or reconnect with the UC San Diego community through volunteering, philanthropy, and/or corporate partnerships.
My career path
My career path has been mostly on relationship management, giving me exposure to organizations of different sizes and goals. I have found great value in what I have done to date and continue to build upon those experiences.
The rewards in doing what I do
The rewards in doing what I do is being able to help alumni exceed their expectations as members of the alumni community. Whether it’s through charity or volunteering, I want them to develop a strong pride about their alumni experience the same way they talk about their student experience.
My words of wisdom to students
My words of wisdom to students be as active as possible and talk to as many alumni as possible. They can help give you great insight into life, both personally and professionally. The world is more willing to sit and talk to a student with dreams than a recent grad without a job.
In my free time...
In my free time I try and be outside and enjoy what California has to offer. That is why my wife and I moved here. We surf, hike, bike, run, camp, and explore with our dogs. Our next big project might be building a teardrop camper to camp all around.
