Registration Includes	6x3-foot table, 2 chairs, 2 lunches, 1 parking space, 1 umbrella, & a table sign.
Fees	Early Bird Registration $450 After published deadline $500 Extra Representative $35 each Fees are non-refundable Payment may be made by check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Ship Materials	Materials received in advance will be delivered to your table before the fair begins. Shipping instructions
