How To Use Virtual Evals (Medicine Files Ony)

You must have a Recommendation File Service first.

Applying to medical school through AMCAS 2009? Click here for instructions on how to send your letters to the AMCAS Letters Pilot.

Send letters in your “Medicine” file electronically through VirtualEvals (VE) to most U.S. medical schools. VE is quick, cost-effective and easily tracks your letters. U.S. Mail can still be used for schools who don’t participate in VE (see list), to send additional letters, or to directly send all your letters to any medical school.

Your VE account can only be used for one application cycle between July 1 and March 10. DO NOT SET UP A VE ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU APPLY TO MEDICAL SCHOOL.
