Professional networking and previous work experience in the form of
internships and part-time jobs, accounted for nearly half of the
successful employment outcomes reported for those pursuing careers
in the Arts & Communications fields. Online resources, such as job
boards and employer web sites, proved to be a successful search
strategy for the majority of the remaining respondents.
