About the Career Services Center

The UC San Diego Career Services Center helps our students determine and fulfill their career goals. Part of the Vice Chancellor Student Affairs Experiential Learning Cluster, the Career Services Center delivers a wide range of services across two programmatic units:


The Professional Advising Services team (PAS) empowers students to develop and utilize their self-awareness, professional development skills, and proven resources to identify and pursue career employment and professional school admission.

The Experiential and Employment Services team (EES) connects students with bona fide career opportunities, as well as experiential positions, including internships, part-time on- and off-campus jobs, work-study positions, and Peace Corps service.

Both teams are supported by the Center’s operations and management teams, the Experiential Learning Cluster business office, and the Student Affairs Technology Services group (SATS). The staff members of the Career Services Center are guided by five core values:
