Registration includes: one (1) representative, one (1) 6x3 table, one (1) chair, one (1) lunch, one (1) parking permit, one (1) umbrella (if outside), coffee/water, shuttle service, wireless internet, program listing and publicity.

Additional Representative: $50 for each additional representative (includes chair, lunch, coffee/water, parking, shuttle service, and internet.

Submit all attending representative(s) contact information prior to the fair through the fair registration page. It is important that we collect this information as we will email grad fair updates and parking instructions from the information that has been provided.

Shipping Your Recruiting Materials

SHIPPING YOUR RECRUITING MATERIALS
Organizations can ship their recruiting materials 3 weeks in advance. They need to arrive at least 5 days prior to the fair. If that is not possible, please use overnight delivery to insure timely arrival. All program materials shipped in advance will be at your table upon your arrival.

The major delivery services (Federal Express, Airborne Express, UPS Air, etc.) will deliver directly to our building if all of the following information is on the shipping label:

Getting Here

Due to construction projects on campus, parking is severely limited. You are highly encouraged to carpool or to use a transportation service such as a taxi, Uber, or Lyft.  

Plan to arrive at least an hour and a half before the fair begins to allow time to park, catch the shuttle, check-in and set-up your table for the event. Parking, material drop-off and check-in services will be available at 8:00am. Material drop-off service promptly ends at 10:30am when the event starts.

TAXI DROP-OFF LOCATION & INSTRUCTIONS
Inform the driver the drop-off location is Myers Dr/Rupertus Lane. You should get dropped off at the corner, near the entrance of the Student Services Building.

Staff will assist you with unloading your recruiting materials and taking them to your table.

Drop-off your recruiting material before parking. Staff will unload your vehicle, label materials and load them into the charter bus. Your materials will be taken to Library Walk and left at your organization’s table.

One parking permit is included in the fair registration. Permits will be handed out at the parking garage by a parking attendant. Place the permit on your dashboard, park and walk over to the charter bus loading area.

The Career Center is not liable for parking citations issued due to a failure to retrieve a parking permit, for parking at an incorrect location or for failure to abide by posted parking rules. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

SHUTTLES

Shuttle service will be available all day from 8am-4:00pm which will take you from the Hyatt Aventine Parking Structure to campus and back at the end of the event. After the last shuttle at 3:30pm, you are responsible for your own transportation back to the parking.

Check-In and Day of Logistics

REGISTRATION CHECK-IN is located in front of the Bookstore, next to the Information and Refreshment Tables on Library Walk.

MATERIALS RECEIVED IN ADVANCE of today’s fair have been delivered to your table.

ANY MATERIALS YOU DROPPED OFF at the Hyatt shuttle pick-up will be delivered to your table.

ANY MATERIALS YOU WANT TO SHIP BACK after the fair can be dropped off at the Information Table. Please have pre-paid and pre-addressed shipping labels ready for your materials.

RESTROOMS are located in the Price Center on the ground floor in the Theatre lobby, in the Lounge above the Theatre, and in the lobby across from the Ballroom. Additional restrooms are on the first floor of the Career Services Center and the ground floor of Center Hall.

A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is provided for your convenience at the Information Table. There is an espresso cart under the stairs of Center Hall, Perks Coffee Shop near the bookstore and a Starbucks in the Price Center.  Many restaurants, including the Sunshine Market are located in the Price Center.

LUNCH AND WATER will be delivered to your table. If you didn’t order lunch, you will find a variety of meal options in the many restaurants on the ground floor of the Price Center. Lunch is included as part of the registration and additional representative fees.

WATER will be served with lunch. Additional water is available at the Information Table.

SHUTTLE BUSES to the Hyatt Aventine Parking departs every 20-30 minutes from the Myers Dr./Rupertus Lane shuttle stop where you arrived this morning.  The last departure is around 3:30pm.  Please do not miss the last shuttle as you will be responsible for your own transportation back to the parking.  

EMERGENCIES may require ambulance, fire, or police vehicles to move along Library Walk. Please cooperate by quickly moving your chairs and tables off of the Walk.

WIRELESS ACCESS is available for your use. After you select the UC San Diego network on your computer, you simply have to open your Internet browser and follow the instructions to enter your email address and accept the Terms of Use. Click “guest login” and you will be connected to the requested web site within two minutes.

ELECTRICAL POWER ACCESS is not available on Library Walk.  Please bring appropriate back-up battery if you are using electronic equipment.
