Reference File Service for Academic Careers
PLEASE NOTE: The Recommendation File Service (RFS) is no longer accepting new users. We will continue to serve current file holders until their files expire, but are now referring those interested in setting up a new file to Interfolio.com. Interfolio provides the same services as the RFS and more, but does so faster and more efficiently at a comparable price. Please check back on this website in the next few weeks for more detailed information about using Interfolio. Thank you.
Reference letters are typically required for application to academic instructional positions (K-12 teaching and tenured & non-tenured faculty positions) and post-doctoral fellowship. We offer a Reference File Service for collecting, storing and sending letters for instructional or post-doctoral fellowship opportunities. This convenient, online service is accessible 24/7 and allows you to collect and manage the distribution of your letters.
