Welcome to the Hybrid 2024 Fall Triton Career & Networking Fair!
Thursday, October 17th, 2024 | Graduate & Professional Schools | Handshake Virtual Platform | 10 am - 2 pm
Get a head start on the recruiting season with a virtual career fair. Register today to meet with UC San Diego’s top-tier students from a variety of majors and fulfill your graduate and professional school recruiting needs.
Registration Types/Cost:
- Triton Alliance Registration (for TA members only) - Free
- General - $300
- Non-Profit Registration - $200

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 16th, 2024
During the Virtual Career Fair Series, employers will be able to host two types of sessions to interact with students:
- Group Sessions:
- 30 minutes each
- multiple students can attend
- 1:1 Sessions:
- 10 minutes each
- one student and one employer representative can attend
In order to prepare yourself for the virtual fair and all it has to offer, please visit Virtual Fairs in Handshake: A Guide for Employers before registering. This resource will provide valuable information on how to register, set-up both individual and group sessions, how to prepare for the fair, how to assign representatives to sessions, as well as make any needed edits to set-up.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
2. Wait for the school’s approval.
3. Once approved, make the payment (via credit card ONLY).
4. Create group and 1:1 sessions ASAP so that students can view and register for your sessions.

Registration Refund Policy: Any refund requests submitted at least 48 hours prior to a fair or targeted event are subject to a $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation submitted 48 hours or fewer business days prior to an event. Please submit all cancellation notifications via email to hireucsd@ucsd.edu.
