Handshake Account

All UC San Diego students have a Handshake account. The account is created automatically with the student's ucsd.edu email sometime after registration. If your account was created, log into your account at Handshake and select UC San Diego Student SSO option to login.

If you are an incoming student and can't log in, please DO NOT request a Handshake account. Instead, wait until the end of June for your account to be created. Once created, you will receive an email confirmation from Handshake to verify your account and login using your Single Sign On (SSO).
