Request a Workshop or Our Participation in an Event

Our faculty and staff are crucial in supporting and guiding our students with resources during their time at UC San Diego. We welcome requests to have the Career Center Team deliver a workshop to your class, program, or student group, or to request our presence at a tabling event.

We offer a wide range of established workshops through our Career Workshop Series, which runs each quarter during the academic year and serves as the best alternative to a custom session.

With the high volume of requests that we receive, please note that we may not be able to fulfill every request. To maximize impact, we encourage you to review our existing Career Workshop Series first. If those do not meet your needs, we are happy to explore a customized session with you.

 Important Notes

  • Submit a request (one open request at a time) at minimum three weeks in advance, but we appreciate additional time
  • Workshops are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.. However, we recognize that some programs may meet outside of these hours, and we will do our best to accommodate requests based on our team's availability
  • Requests can take up to two weeks for a response
  • To Ensure an engaging experience, we ask that at least 20 students be in attendance for a workshop request
